weather right to live with human dignity comes under the scope and preview of right to life as guaranteed by our constitution or not?
if a Municipal Board starts dumping garbage unscientifically in a public place thereby creating pollution which lowers the dignity of life of an individual of that locality comes under the scope & preview of Right to life or not?riven

You can file a case / WP for a direction to Municipal Authorities to take immidiete required steps /measures in this regard and to prevent the health hazards and to remove the difficulties being faced by public and living in good and minimum normal situation is right of the Citizens ! Pollution is to be prevented by Municipalities and it can create pollution ! Air Pollution Free atmasphere is the right of the residents!
