I think a company can get housing loan in such case. Specific facts could have been furnished to have proper consideration please.riven

As per the RBI guidelines in this effect, direct housing finance can only be available to individuals, group of individuals or a co-operative housing society and to no otehr entity.

that stipulates that home loan can not be given to any entity including a company other than those mentioned above.

but yes, a company can avail indirect housing finance from a bank wherein it can dvelop a plot or alike to handover the same to an individual or alike.riven
