Can a Unregistered Society sell its immovable property on its name??
Who Can sell property of Unregistered society?
what is the procedure have to follow to sale the property of the Unregistered Society?

Unregistered society do come within the definition of 'Living person' as defined under section 5 of Transfer of Property Act as such it can validly acquire and sale its immovable properties through its Secretary.
