Dear all sir.
We are staying in (mumbai).pagdi system. Sinc.1969from.
my room rent Rs. 500/-per month and water charge is Rs. 200per month ( but B.M.C. ARE COLLECT RS. 100 PM. ONLY FROM LANLORD)coman light charges is rs100/per month (BUT LANLORD ARE PAID TO LIGHT BILL PER ROOM RS.20 PER MONTH.)& coman toilet cleing charges is 100/per month. (BUT LANLORD ARE PAID TO SWEPER RS.20 PER MONTH.).Recently landlord is charge for Rs. 100/- per month for rent collection charge (but no any man are come rent collection) It is right in rent law ?.( SELF I GO TO LANDLORD MANGER & PAID MY ROOM RENT & some days or some month after he is given me my room rent recipt).
Total my room rent 1000/- per month.
My query. Is above all charges is o.K. is right in rent law ?. spl. for rent collection charge

Recant my chall members are doing one adhoc committee.She is right way for showl
ving all problems.What adhock committee rights?.

What adhoc committee have any rigths for mention.Comam aria mention (means like that coman toilet repairer and drainage line also keep clean aria whithout landlord / owner permission )

ad hock committee are favor in all chall members .

charges are nominal.for pagdi sytem rent rs 1000 is peanuts in mumbai
