क्या आरटीआई के तहत केवल वही सवाल पूछे जा सकते हैं जो जनहित से जुड़े हो? अगर मांगी गयी सूचना जनहित या देशहित से नहीं जुड़ी है तो क्या सूचना देने से इंकार किया जा सकता है?

yeh jarorri nahi hai ke jan hit ke suchnai he de jave. eske atricit, public authority uske pas ublabdh lok suchna de sakti hai, jo section 8 se prabhavit na ho.

jo bhi soochna aam janta ko mi sake, aisi koi bhi soochna jansoochna adhikaar ke antargat maangi ja sakti hai.
