Dear All,

I am a qualified lawyer and working in the legal department of a company. I want to issue legal notice to the opponent on legal issue. I am capable to draft the same. Can i send it with my name and stamp or through lawyer. My designation is Manager Corporate Affairs & Legal.

There is no bar to send legal notice as the Manager of Corporate Affairs & Legal.

If the lawyer is sending the notice then you are not supposed to affix your seal and put your signature. Being the competent representative of the company you can very much send such notice.

YOU CAN GIVE NOTICE ON BEHALF OF YOUR EMPLOYER, THERE IS NO BAR. NOT AS A LAWYER BUT AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF COMPANY.
