is there any chance for maintanance by my wife after i got rcr decree before one year of expiry of decree?no any other case pending on me.

sorry,filing of petition by my wife for maintanance.i am a govt servant.she has no job.her father is govt employee.only one brother engineer graduate she has.

She is legally entitled to claim for her maintenance in the same petition under section 24 of HMA and she can also file a separate petition under section 125 Cr. PC for that purpose.
