From residential premises in a co.op.housing soc. at mumbai, i am doing my profession,can proposed society or builder take objection for the same/

there is no bar to use the residence as office. You need not take any no objection from the society or builder.

Whereas it is not a commercial use and therefore you need not take permission from anyone but yet if it is not an advocate's office, the electricity consumption would attract commercial tariff.
