transfer of landed property

Sir,
I request you to provide me a thorough legal redress in the following matter.

A person transfers vide registered deed the same piece of landed property to more than one person.
In that case under which Acts or Codes, can legal redress, if any, for the affected persons be availed? This situation be India specific.

You have not provided the details of your query. Nothing specific can be told to you as we are handicapped. However, Transfer of Property Act is applicable in India in such cases.

The aggrieved person can take both civil and criminal action.(CPC,IPC,CrPC)
