I do not have the Birth Place Certificate

Hello,
I am planning to apply for the Passport. The passport form's Entry Number 5 requires the attachment of the Birth Place Certificate.
While I have all other documents, I do not have the Birth Place Certificate.

Please advise.

You can have certificate providing proof of your birth place from the MRO(Mandal Revenue Officer) which is vaild for your passport application

A birth certificate is sufficient for the same which can be had from the hospital where you were born or alternately from the municipality office. In fact no one has a certificate for birth place. The column which you are speaking about is just for mentioning the place of your birth.
