Dear Sir
I want to divorce to my wife due to she living in other place last 14 years working as a teacher. Many times I was told her resign the job and live with me in hyderabad. But sheis straightaway rejected. We have a son of 8 years old and studying and living with her mother. She is so edement and there is no sexual contcats since 7 years.Due to my son only I am going to their and staying 10 to 15 days.Till to day what is her problem I dont know? Indecember she is embarrsing that I am keeping some lady in vizag. I am sincere in maritial life but how many years I am staying alone. Plaese give me valuble suggestion and course of action

Living separately by wife due to her service is not a fit ground in your favour to claim divorce but refusal of having sextual relations with you is definitely a good ground for this purpose. You may file a petition in this regard but I advise to settle the mater amicably and get her transfer in your own city and devote your love and affection towards your son and wife.

since you have a son and almost 14 years after marriage,i feel you should not think of a divorce at this stage.

try to work around an amicable solution like getting a transfer of your wife or you yourself shifting to her work place.

Better file an application for Restitution of Conjugal Rights, so that she can come with any answer. Then talk with your son and explain your position
