Property inherited by widow

Respected experts,

I want to know some law and citations on the below mentioned query:-

A women's husband died before partition of ancestral property, thereafter she (widow)remarry. Is she entitled to get the share in the ancestaral property of her deceased husband, or any property self acquired by her husband.

Pls give any citation also in this regard.

No she is not entitled but if she has children born to the one who has died then they may have a claim on it.
