In intercaste both husband and wife getting a job or not by using quota

The husband or wife can avail the reservation for the job applied for as applicable on the reservation available to their individual caste/community separately and not combined.

Cast status is acquired by birth and birth alone.

Cast status is neither acquired not lost by marriage in other community.

Cast of husband will be determined as per cast of his father
Cast of wife will be determined as per cast of her father

If both are reserved category both will avail quota.

If anyone of them is reserved category he /she will continue to avail quota even if married no general category. But his /her spouse will not get if he/she is not born in reserved cmmunity.

What is the GO are you referring to here?
Are you in any legal dispute about it?
If not why do you ask for GO?
GO is not the authority, it is the law that prevails

Agreeing with vies of Mr Kavksatyanarayana, I would add that for copy of Govt order you can:-

(I) Read Reservation rules.
(II) ask for copy of he rules from the authorities in Tehsil refusing this certificate.

(III) search the website of DOPT or Ministry of Social Welfare.

Further you will appreciated that on each certificate in the govt, the beneficiary persons is addressed as

"____________ son/daughter/wife of _________"

in case certificate the beneficiary is addressed as

"____________ son/daughter of _________"

Agreeing withe above vie of Mr Kalaiselvan, I would add that you have so far only set question paper for promotion examination. You have not shared facts.

The experts here are neither capable to reply riddles or sitting in examination hall.

Is it an examination hall question paper to submit / mention / produce relevant GO on the subject ?

There is one contra regarding this. So that I want to know the details of using this quota both or not.and want to know the rules regarding this. Thank you all for your kind reply.
