Change required in flour mill permit issued by bmc

In our Aate ki Chakki in Chawl, basically what is called a slum area, the permit and license of this chakki has been renewed on a regular basis from 1988 till 2025. But now we have released that the time given in the permit is from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Now we have to legally do it from 8:00 am to 10:30 pm. Please help in this.

Sir One more questions my father is flour mill operator in slum area of Mumbai we have all the licence NOC and Permit since 1988 and Iits is renewed regular basis as well but since COVID one person who work as lic agent in area are called police since 02 Dec 2024 and every time police come and shutdown our operations.
My question is that Can Police authority to ask us to close our business it's civil matter according to me police don't have right to close.
And BMC said it's come under essential service hence are issue any notice without inspection.
And both Police and BMC are not able to give anything in writing

You can approach high court with a writ petition against police and BMC for immediate relief of not to disturb you especially when you are having a valid license to this effect and to restrain them from any order at their whims based on fake complaint.

Which authority has granted permit? What is the Law under which the so-called permit has been issued?
If you do not have the sufficient/requisite information, it could be obtained under the Right to Information Act.
