How do we apply for caste certificate in Maharashtra as we are migrated from Gujarat in 1953. Have Uncle Caste Certificate of Gujarat

Your caste cannot be changed if you migrate from one state to another. Have your parents or you not received the caste certificate to date? If so now you can apply with proof of your caste.

No confusion. "Caste is conferred on a person by birth. It remains with him wherever he goes. You consult in Revenue Department.

Why caste certificate - the certificate would not serve any purpose unless you are seeking reservation for education or for job. Please post the relevant facts.
