Upsc adding disablity to current criteria

note: there are already many queries for upsc so I am asking here

I have issue called dvt.,clot in blood, even had a stroke
I am now 38 ,but private job is hectic ,dont have family property or wealth

upsc I want to apply by disbality but dvt is not included

already mailed them twice no reply

what should be proper channel to apply for disabilty

Whether Dvt. clot amounts to disability or otherwise is a question of medical expertise.

To include DVT as disability, you need direction from the Court.

You can take up the issue with the State and Central Governments, preferably through NGOs working in the field. There is also the option to approach the High Court/Supreme Court though a PIL.
