Regarding installment of ac outdoor unit in public street

Hi,

We are living in only an 8 feet wide street and our neighbour will plan to place an outdoor unit of a split AC in front of our window in street that a lot of people used to go here and there. It would make us uncomfortable. What can we do in this situation, please suggest.

Many people indulge in such actions, though impermissible. You can take up the issue in the Adalat functioning in the local court.
