Testamentary dept raised objections.in Final Notice ,tried to explain /convince but failed .matter /issue was put before d Judge ,who over ruled the objections by way.of Written Order (3months)
Applied for Grant of Probate .
Dept not following d Orders.

What are the facts of case and your query, sorry I did not follow.

Move the matter before the judge once again and pray for an order directing the officer concerned to issue the Probate certificate within a specified time.If the official does not act, file a contempt petition against him.
