Kidnap case

Dear Experts,
Kidnap case registered u/s 363,323,506 in the month of November 2017 and accused got arrested...charge sheet not yet filed....every time sho of police saying 'll do by month end which never happened...
Shall I approach HRC for charge sheet get it done???

As counsel for the accused you need not bother.
As party/accused what is the hurry?

I am petitioner...it's being influenced by accused...I have some evidence which police ignoring n charge sheet also not submit in court

Rather approaching HRC, why are you not applying for interim bail? Otherwise, approach the higher court for the speedy disposal of your case which is hanging due to late submission of Charge Sheet by police.
