Live in relationship validity

If we fall in sapinda relationship.
Can we make live-in-relationship.
What will be it's validity by law???

Live in relationship is not legal marriage and if two persons in sapinda relationships go for live in relationship there won't be infringement of the provision of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 to hold it as null and void marriage as otherwise it is no marriage at all in the eye of law.
