Sir my brother is working on contact basis under government control society. Recently some body come his chamber put down amount in his desk acb people come to his chamber and trapped but he not touched that amount but colour came in the bottle only not on the hand or his pocket. Then arrested and came on bail after 25 days. He is under suspension. He is getting 75% subsistence allowance. His contract expired on 31.12.17. Their employer says ur contract will not renewed and subsistence allowance also will not get. And also he is having 70% disability

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer who have successfully got him bail out?
What was the type of job, which department and since when he was working on contract?
Renewal or non-renewal of contract is the sole authority/responsibility of contractor.

Continuation of contract employment is always at the mercy of the employer, more so specifically after the employee gets tainted.

Saying, asking, telling are all verbal modes of communication.
If renewal, non renewal of contract is to be communicated in writing, wait for the in-time communication.
The employer may choose to not to renew the contract and may cite clauses of contract signed with you that usually have narration about discretion of employer to renew or not renew….
Although, employer would be conscious of the episode posted by you.
As per your own post you have posted aspersions on evidence that you seem to rely upon as credible …..and probably you want to post that you were being framed.
Your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such matters and having successful track record….must have advised you per facts of the matter discussed in person by you.
Apparently your own counsel is trying to save you by finding defects in the said case.

If you have good counsel by your side and you are framed then try to get out clean from court of law on merits...
