I met with a motor accident on 07/07/2014 and fir recorded u/s 279,337,338 and 427. The trail also finished on 05/09/2017 and lower court give a decision is fine of rs. 100/- u/s 279,fine of rs.100/- u/s 427 ,free from u/s 338 and imprisonment 3 month in u/s 337
