Dear Experts,
My wife was involved in sex activity in other person before one year. I have audio record of performing sex activity in my home.
My question much audio recording is valid as a proof in this situation..

The fact has to be proved otherwise also along with this / the authenticity and contents of the recording has to be proved.beyond doubt.
