By the way, what is "f/s"?

If an accused doesn't appear in court for such a long time, the accused should face P & A. What has the court done in this regard? It may also go for splitting the matter and proceed with those accused who have entered appearance....

How can a criminal court proceed allowing the accused to remain absent on subsequent dates without issuance of warrants and/or proclamation/attachment.
