Sir, In the matter of Sec-138 of N.I. Act. After filling the complaint Accused dies than?
After withdrawing the complaint Money suit can be filed against the hiers of the accused, any notice prior to filling the suit is required to be given or directly suit can be filed?

A money suit could be filed against the legal heirs; however, their liability is limited to estate thay have inherited from the accused.
