Sir, My father executed Will and appointed me as executor. Now I applied for Probate and Probate was allowed. What are the rights granted to the executor of the Will?

Executor is not owner of property under will. His position is just like a manager of the beneficiaries.

1. EXECUTOR rights are related and restricted to the clauses of the Will.
