Clarification for another membership and advocate practices to tax consultantation - req. - reg.

Sir,
My friend is an advocate, recently enrolled in State bar council, also paid subscriptions to local bar council but no vakalath. He is practice Tax consultant (not a govt.) since 2015 onwards.
1) He is fit or not for filing of vakalats / civil, criminal suits?.
2) He is interested joining to member of Tax bar association
3) He is continue to both i.e bar council member and Tax bar association eligble or not? submission of IT returns and Civil/criminal suits

If your friend is engaged in tax practice since 2005 then how is it possible that he enrolled with Bar Council recently?

Why is he not coming forward to raise his own problem if any?

A member of state Bar can submit vakalat in civil court.

sorry sir, he is practice tax consultant (not a govt.job) since 2015 onwards. Law cource was completed and enrolled 2014. pls clarify, he chances to continue Advocate / Tax Practioner both or any one.

The matter can be clarified by local Bar. However, your friend is eligible to practice both civil & taxation cases including filing of tax returns.
