Second cousin marriage

I want to marry my second cousin, the exact relationship is she is my mother's father's brother's daughter's daughter, I am from Tamil nadu, is this marriage acceptable??

You have not mentioned whether you are Hindu or not but I do presume that being Hindu, you have asked such question. In Tamilnadu there is somehow Hindu Marriage Act is not legally enforceable in hard and fast manner hence you can easily marry in such relationship.
