DEAR sir
i have taken a two wheeler loan from a finance company. only three emi is pending.
but the want to 20000 thousand. as cheque bounce charge. please tell me what to do. can i approached high court of karnataka or city civil court. please tell me what to do

NBFC are also under purview of RBI.

Regulator advocates Reasonableness of charges.

Why Rs.20000/ as cheque bounce charges?

Are these in line with T&C signed by you?

Lodge complaint with the RBI. Ask them to provide copy of your account statement.
