Passport for my mothers

My name is Pranay Patil. My father have two wives and all we stay together. Can we apply passport for both mothers and father. They have my father name in their all required documents for passport. Could you please help us with any solution.

Yes, the wives won't face any difficulty in getting the passport, but the father can not have two wives.

please come to the specific problem faced.

being bi-gamous wife is a crime but only if complained by the victim 1st wife complains.

In this case it can be said that being bigamous wife (punished/unpunished) is no bar for passport.
