Please guide me, i want to change my name (an individual), please guide me procedural aspects. I am from Gujarat state.

you declare it in news paper

than along with application, affidavit and copy of news paper to to such authority where you want to change you name.

1. Execute an affidavit.
2. Get it published in 2 newspapers (one National and other local).
3. Apply and get gazzettee notification published.
Seek services of a local lawyer for proper proceeding.
