respected sir/Madam

why is a govt employee suspended when he faces DV. i wanted to know logic behind it.

is there any connection between family and employer?

sir i am working as PGT in Model school which was a set up by central govt project. after BJP coming into power those schools are handed over to respective states. as of now we do not have service rules.they are being framed now. i may face cases like 498A or DV. i am trying to solve/settle my problem(dovorce) at village panchayat level.
if they are not convinced or not happy or misguided by any legal adviser they MAY go for FIR.

and my question is...
if i have to retain in custody for 48 hrs what will happen.

Till new service rules framed and adopted as per procedure, current rules are applicable.
