Seperation of self earned property among brothers

Sir older brother acquired X property through his effort and hard work. But while registering the document of that property he entered his younger brother & his wife as co-owner of that property. Now older brother wants to remove his brother & bhabi name from this property. How can he proceed?
1) Take Gift Deed from brother & Bhabi?
2) Take Relinquish Dedd from them?
3) Take release Deed from them?
In order to avoid future consequences what is the best solution for him?
Plz guide.

Best is to take the RD and get the property mutated in his name.

Even gift deed can be an option. Among blood relations it will not cost much.

If stamp fee is exempted in case of gift to near relative go for registered gift deed.
