insurance company refuse to pay

My friend,s father had Pnb metlife insurance of 3 lacs, he expires but insurance company refuses to pay moneyon the basis of date of birth mismatch. Plz advise

The actual dispute is hard to decipher from your query.
In any event if you are aggrieved by the order of repudiation of insurance claim you can file case on consumer forum to claim relief.
