Have you probated the WILL by approaching the appropriate Court?
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 25 February 2016
A person has right to sell / mortgage / will / gift his self acquired property as per his wish. If your father has done so through will, his grandson can not object to it.

Please do not get confused.

Since the property was self-acquired by your father, the 2005 amendment has no relevance or application to your case.

Further, since your father has left a registered WILL, only those persons who have been named as beneficiaries in the WILL are entitled to get the property according to the share indicated therein. Others are not.

However, when you or any other beneficiary try to get the WILL enforced, then those who are not the beneficiaries may object. Therefore there is a need for you to get the authentication of the WILL (called probating the WILL) through court is a must.

Instead of doing the rightful things, you are indulging in asking irrelevant questions. Your question is understandable if there was no WILL or that all the beneficiaries are ready to ignore the WILL. In case there is no WILL, then all the children of your father (sons and daughters including the children of the pre-deceased son/daughter if any) are entitled for share in the property.

Dear sir i have purchased 17000/-Mobile is sangeetha mobiles showroom on 15/06/16, now on 09/07/16 it was showing some software problems like NO SIM so can i ask them to replace it?

Dear Anirudh,

He is not confused, rather he has tried to confuse the experts and for once he has been successful to confuse them on his first academic problem. Now he has posted another academic question about purchase of 17000/- mobile. Had he any real problem, he could not have posted his query here instead of checking his sim card in the mobile or going to Sangeetha mobiles for replacement of his mobile to solve his problem.
