I am a bank officer.My higher cader officers are harrashing me mentally ,financially ,physically and socially for the last 2 years.I have sufficient evidence to produce in terms of letters .What is the provision to suit file under the SC & ST ATROCITY ACT ?.How safe I will be after filing.What action will be taken by virtue of this Act ?

Lodge a complaint with local police about such atrocities.The police will add necessary sections.You need not be worried on this.

Better lodge complaint to higher officials first with copy to association, if no effect, lodge complaint with the police.
