Anticipatory bail

Hello,

My Anticipatory Bail application in section ipc 353,506,186,34 has been dismissed by session court,Should i again file the bail application in Session court or should i go to High Court.

Is it possible after again filling it in session the bail granted by session court.

1)once bail dismissed debars from filing another application in same court for same purpose
2) However u may approach against dismissal of bail

Second AB can be filed in high court but not in same sessions court unless there is change of circumstances.

Session had rejected anticipatory bail in section ipc 353,506,186,34.What are the chances to get anticipatory bail in High Court.There was no MNC etc.. in the case.Also Initially FIR only lodged for 186 but IO have added others 353,506,34 after seeing a Video Clip of Spot.
