Does any liaison office of an international non profit organization registered with RBI in India needs registration under Delhi shops and establishment Act .

Any organisation in India needs the registration. If it is non profit organisation then contact the Charity commissioners office.

Registration with RBI is not related / concerned / linked with the registration with Delhi Government under Delhi shops and establishment Act .
