Under the circumstances, am I eligible to put forward my candidature for the aforementioned posts or not? I already qualify with regards to the prescribed educational qualification requirement.

Dear Mr Venu!

Thanks a lot for the response. Infact the issue pertains to 02 yrs. Back and knowingly the dates has not been disclosed. The legal angle in this issue is that a show cause notice has been issued in this case on the pretext that your experience is not involving the defined parameter of working in Govt. Sector /PSU at E0 level and the entire Exp. Happens to be from Pvt. Sector despite completion of successful probation. Pls. Guide.

Although the eligibility for last 03 Yrs. From Pvt. Is ok as the same is qualifying with the prescribed CTC

Certain posts are earmarked for fillin within the departmental candidates. In this case the instructions are clear that only Departmental officers fulfilling the requirements could apply. This normally happens in the departments of the Goverment. So, leave it instead of wasting your time and energy.
