Hi Would like to inform you that i am chitranjan working in MNC, i got my appointment letter after joining, in my letter clear mentioned company will pay Rs..1500 as mobile expense but the company are not paying the same amount for last eighteen months and second thing is that there is 30 days notice period after appraisal the salary structure have been changed & notice period has been also changed as 90 days notice period,i have complete approx four years in this compay.In stating period the company policy was to earn PL than its help you on leaving time to leave company but but suddenly company change the policy, emp can't hold more then 40 leave afer 40 your leave will be loss, i applied levae more than five times my hod tell us ok lets discussed the same.. got the same reply max time
if i serve the notice period the company will release with cmplete document other wise i will pay three months gross salary,, please suggest to to free with this company with instantly resignation...

Try to search alternate job and switch over.
Till then submit your leave applications duly acknowledged/ through dak received process / e- mail and take print thereof.
Have you acknowledged the revised salary structure and notice period change information?
Once you try to move legally, would block your progress / peace of mind in the present company / will open front against management resulting survival in the company difficult.

The notice period of 90 days may not be necessarily applicable even if company inserted it in increment letter that you accepted.
Depending upon the leave rules applicable to the company it may not be a purview and discretion to decline leave........
If mobile reimbursement was part of contract and not withdrawn then you may keep on sending reminders.....
You may firm up your next 've tired,submit notice of resignation and do not accept FNF settlement statement by company and extract yiurdues thru your able labor law consultant.
