Cost of suit

Suit dismissed with exemplary cost but inadvertently decree with cost not mentioned, my point is whether it will include the lawyer’s fees mentioned in the decree sheet or not. Refer section or law point. Very urgent Please,

Exemplary cost imposed by the Court is entirely different from awarding of the cost of litigation. Unless it is awarding of cost, imposition of exemplary cost need not mentioned in the Decree sheet.

The exemplary cost imposed is required to be deposited separately. This has nothing to do with the lawyer's fees.
