Kindly advise some good book in simple langugage to understand CPC with illustrations on each rule or a website. Thanks

If you really want to understand the CPC clearly, then you can go in for MLJ's CPC - it is coming in 4 volumes and costs around Rs. 5000 and odd. It has very many illustrations under each Order/Rule.

Similarly, the other equally good book on CPC is Sarkar on CPC.

It will be under order 18 rule 4. File a petition under section 151 cpc if you dont remember the proper provisions of law.
