For obtaining any & all (information) copies of the various records & registers of the co op hsg Society, what other legal options have to be adopted? Please tell in detail process

@author, file an application before the District Cooperative Officer of the District for which byelaw you want, along with the details of (1)the name of Hsg.Society with its registration number,year and date with necessary fees as per existing rates. Other wise put an application under RTI.

1)Society registered in 2001 there are 35 members in society in that 3 members are defaulter due to society negligence.
2)I want to check the expenses by society bcoz property tax is pending since 10 yrs with penalty as well as one 5 lakh rupees repairing done in 2006 by chairman without tender
3)in 2010 the chairman is died
4)now current committee told to member 50000 is pending of that work and current secretary credit 50000 in his flat as a advance
5)now I want to check how many rupees society give to chairman of above work in 2007
6)chairman have rights to do 5lakh rupees work by himself without tender
7)current committee have rights to credit the amount as a advance for his flat
8)BMC put penalty to society bcoz property tax not paid fully since 2001 I asked the secretary to show the document related to financial but he not provided as well as he said that we can't show the tender bcoz work is done 8 yrs ago
