1) Whether it will be Secondary or Primary Evidence

2) How to Exhibit it ?

it is a secondary evidence, just tender it in the court and court will mark the exhibit.

its a secondary evidence, you will have to call for the relevant record by way of process of court and prove the contents as according to the law.
