sir , additional session judge sahab has given very short dates of hearing in revision just gap 1 -1 day continious and without arguments revised the section 125( interim maintenance )which was pending in lower court . what should be done at this stage.
what is the procedure of transfer of case .

There is no reason to have a grievance in this regard because it is procedure being followed for an expeditious trial. If you are aggrieved by the conduct, you file a transfer petition before the high court and obtain a stay order to stay all the proceedings till the disposal of the transfer petition.

You can go for appeal if aggrieved from the decision.
