relinquishment deed

Sir My father died 16 years ago,after him there are three legal hiers of his property i.e me, my mother and my grandmother. Now i want full possession of my father's property so that i can sale a part of the property .does relinquishment deed works here if so then whats the proper procedure..?

Yes.Your Grand mother and mother could execute the same in your favour after which you would be the absolute owner of entire Property.Contact the Senior Document Writer at your Registrar Office Or Local good Advocate with all details.

They can relinquish once they attain rights equal to that of owner.



Get all names atleast entered in mutation record before you prepare the deed to relinquish their rights.
