Dear Experts,
what is the court fee payable in Delhi on suit of cancellation of Relinquish deed which was executed through POA in favor of other legal heirs?

Dear Nitish,
1. Relinquishment deed is irrevocable.
2. In Delhi suit for declaration is valued for the purpose of jurisdiction and relief of declaration @ Rs. 200/- require court fees of Rs. 20/-.
