Salary encashment and payhold

Hi,

Pl do guide me for my salary of f&f have been processed but therez one row of pay hold amount and in leave encashment row there is some exemption how are these calculated..

Pl suggest...

The explanation to any payout/deduction is be sought by you from payroll/Head-HR/appointing authority,MD and based on their explanation you can proceed further.

Each company may have some strange format however it is under obligation to explain.

Payhold may mean as good as deduction and and amount withheld and deducted has to be propery explained.
