Hi

I am planning to file a divorce case against my as she is harassing me and my parents a lot along with her family.She is not agreeing for mutual divorce as well.I just want to know is there any legal document that i can prepare and have her sign on it which will help me to have the child custody if there is a divorce.please help

Its not a similar query.I want to know if there is any way out in which I can have a right over my child custody in case the situation arises for divorce because i can foresee her again harassing me and my family.

U should continue UR earlier query as the experts have already suggested sufficient measures.
Child custody will be decided by the court,unless there is any voluntary agreement between the husband and the wife.
