Documents for aadhar update

Is the Certificate of Identity an acceptable document for updating name in AADHAR? I have tried using Gazette notification but it got rejected saying it's invalid. Please guide. My AADHAR update has been rejected 4 times.

There are grievance cell numbers in the website. Follow the link and telephone them about the procedure and reasons for rejection.

Mr. Jaggarao I did call the helpline umpteen number of times. They told me it's valid. Yet it got rejected.
